In the event there is an issue with shipping your merchandise, Roots will contact you directly. Shipping costs are non-refundable for discretionary returns. Shipping costs related to damaged or defective merchandise are reimbursable based upon review of the damaged items. All items are shipped within a 72 hour time frame. Weekends and holidays are not used in the time calculation. All items are shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS. All items are shipped either standard ground or first class.
