In the event there is an issue with shipping your merchandise, Roots will contact you directly. Shipping costs are non-refundable for discretionary returns. Shipping costs related to damaged or defective merchandise are reimbursable based upon review of the damaged items. All items are shipped within a 48 hour time frame. Weekends and holidays are not used in the time calculation. All items are shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS. All items are shipped either standard ground or first class. Roots will be happy to offer a full merchandise refund for items returned within five (5) days, in their original condition and packaging. We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for merchandise returned within 10 days, in their original condition and packaging. No exchanges or returns after 10 days without prior store approval. "Special/Custom" orders and Sale item are considered "Final" sales and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
